Hello, Im Niccolette D. Sherman, I'm 22 years old and an aspiring Model and Actress. 

 

Im Niccolette D. Sherman and this is me. Raised in a military family of marines and navy wasn't the prettiest of views from the inside looking out but from the outside looking in a perfect life indeed. Parents have been on and off separation since i could remember. Sibling rivalry was unavoidable and sometimes unbearable. I guess you could say "who hasn't". Going through all of this as a child i shied away from too much attention but as i grew older and took on the roll of the oldest sibling in the house i started finding my personality and going through family crisis one after another, the world was coming to an end it seemed. Our family just fell to pieces to crumbles to nothing really left.

 

Fast forward through high school i was determined to make the best of a bad situation and became involved in any and everything possible to show my brother that there is sun at the end of the storm we just need to be strong. Growing up in predominately white neighborhoods I was taught that everyone loves everyone and experienced racist situations one after another for the first time in high school and found myself so disappointed in the lack of African American History. The bad is easy to teach but who pays attention the great acts our ancestors have accomplished.

 

I found a purpose as i met young girls and older women across the nation, and it was that my story inspired them to keep pushing through the hard times and that everything really does happen for a reason, so when life gives you lemons make pink lemonade and create your future rather than fall in line. So my goal is as an African American Woman I want every girl from the youngest divas to the oldest madams to embrace their sizes, their colors, their personalities and even more so their style and OWN it! We are all beautiful and each person can be empowering in their own way.

 

I recently moved to Seattle Wa, after being shot by cupids arrow. I moved to Seattle with love in my heart and a suitcase with everything i own to my name. The struggle I must say to be an aspiring Model and Actress and nothing else is difficult yes indeed. After so much research I found Seattle Talent. I auditioned on camera and received a call back to work with them as a client, EXCITED i was! my dreams of becoming an Actress and Model were finally pursuing and I just know that with Supporters, Fans of Art, teamwork and positive vibes along with faith anyone can reach their goals and dreams. I am now a client of Seattle Artists Agency located in Seattle Washington.
